The Future of Work Conference is an event created by Elevate that brings together thinkers, innovators, emerging talent, and experienced leaders to explore what the future of work in Aotearoa will look like. Through keynote speakers, workshops, and intergenerational conversations, we examine the trends, skills, and mindsets shaping tomorrow.

Who can attend the conference?

The conference is open everyone - our goal is to bring generations together, blending fresh perspectives with experience so we can shape the future of work collectively.

Is this event youth-only?

Not at all. While Elevate champions young people, the Future of Work Conference is purposefully intergenerational. We believe the most powerful ideas emerge when different ages, backgrounds, and experiences come together.

Who is Elevate?

Elevate is SkyCity’s employee resource group supporting the next generation in the workplace. We create opportunities for young people to grow, develop, and have a voice.

What can I expect from the day?
