Alyson brings over 24 years of experience in leadership development, change management, and behavioural transformation. She specialises in Vertical Development, enabling leaders to shift who they are being to navigate complexity with agility and maturity. Alyson's understanding of human development was shaped early through 15 years in music education and 26 years singing with an elite chamber choir. The discipline of ensemble performance, leaning into discomfort, navigating complexity, and trusting the collective, deeply informs her approach to leadership and team development. Alyson has designed and facilitated leadership programs across NZ and the UK, supporting leaders from emerging talent to the C-suite. She is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner in Team Coaching, and holds advanced certifications in the Leadership Circle Profile, Growth Edge Coaching, Global Leadership Profile, and MyWorldView Profile.
