Kylie Telford is a future-focused leader exploring how organisations design work, learning, and contribution across long careers. She works at the intersection of workforce strategy, leadership, capability development, and employee experience in complex environments. She brings a human-centred, commercially grounded approach to organisational transformation, with a strong interest in innovative technologies and practical methods that simplify systems, build confidence, and enable people to do their best work. Kylie’s Master’s research reframed ageing from a workforce risk to a strategic asset, leading to the development of Tuakana/Teina — a reciprocal intergenerational learning model grounded in Māori concepts of ako, dignity, and relationship-based learning. Her work challenges traditional role-based models and focuses on capability-based work, knowledge transfer, and organisational resilience, with a particular interest in equipping people to remain relevant and thrive in the future of work.
